At Binovo we implement Odoo, add artificial intelligence to it and look after the IT infrastructure of companies in Barcelona, Girona, Lleida and Tarragona. We are a remote-first company: our headquarters are in Oiartzun, but part of the team lives and works in Catalonia, so we can be at your company when the project calls for it and support you in Catalan. And we know Verifactu and e-invoicing from the inside because we develop our own solutions.
A company with its tax domicile in Catalonia files its taxes with the Spanish Tax Agency (Catalonia has no special tax arrangement or agreement), so its invoicing software must comply with Verifactu and, later on, with B2B e-invoicing. These are two separate obligations that will overlap in time, and it makes sense to prepare your ERP for both at once.

In 2026 it launched an AI adoption voucher worth up to €8,000 for a diagnosis with an accredited advisor, whose deadline closed on 30 July.
