Each product comes with its own transparency sheet in line with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on Artificial Intelligence. Decisions about individuals, creditworthiness assessment and profiling are excluded from use.

Why add AI to Odoo now?

According to Spain’s National Statistics Institute (INE), 21% of Spanish companies with 10 or more employees were already using AI in 2025, nine points more than a year earlier, and almost six out of ten large companies already work with it. Frequently asked questions about AI in Odoo

What AI products for Odoo does Binovo offer?

Four: Binovo AI Agent (a conversational agent inside Odoo), Binovo AI Invoice Capture (vendor bill reading), Binovo AI Expense Capture (expense reports from receipts) and Binovo AI Support Hub (AI-powered Odoo support). They are purchased separately; Support Hub requires Binovo AI Agent.

Do they work with Odoo Community?

Yes. All four products work on Odoo Community or Odoo Enterprise, version 16 or later, with no per-user fees.

Do I have to pay for Odoo IAP credits?

No. You pay for AI usage directly to the provider of the model you choose, at their price, and in Odoo you can see the tokens used in each conversation. With a local model running on Ollama there is no usage-based cost.

Which AI models can I use?

With Binovo AI Agent you can choose Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, OpenAI ChatGPT, DeepSeek or a local model with Ollama. Invoice Capture works with Claude, and Expense Capture with Claude or with the model in your n8n workflow.

Does my data leave my company?

It depends on the model. With a cloud model, what the AI processes is sent to the provider you contract. With a local model on Ollama, it never leaves your infrastructure, and with the local models in Binovo’s data center it stays there and is deleted after 24 hours.

Can the AI post entries, make payments or approve anything on its own?

No. The AI prepares the work and a person decides: the agent asks for approval for each tool, bills are left as drafts, and expenses are approved by the manager through the standard Odoo workflow.

Am I on a version older than Odoo 16?

The products require Odoo 16 or later. If you are on an earlier version, Binovo takes care of the migration and of getting the AI up and running.

How much does it cost? Is there funding available?

Each product has an initial setup fee and an annual maintenance fee, with no per-user or volume-based charges. We give you the exact amount in the demo, and Binovo handles the digitalization grants your company may be eligible for.
