At Binovo we implement Odoo, add artificial intelligence to it and look after the infrastructure of companies in Gipuzkoa, Bizkaia and Álava. We are local: our office is in Oiartzun, we know TicketBAI and Batuz from the inside because we wrote the Odoo modules for the foral tax authorities, and we work in both Spanish and Basque.
Thanks to the Economic Agreement, Álava, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa each have their own Foral Tax Authority and their own invoicing control system: TicketBAI. Each invoice is signed, chained to the previous one, carries a QR code and is sent to the tax authority in real time. Bizkaia goes one step further with Batuz, which adds a register of transactions. Verifactu, the Spanish Tax Agency’s system, does not apply to business activity taxed under the Basque foral tax authorities.

Why Binovo is a good fit here: we wrote the TicketBAI modules for Odoo published at the OCA, and we have extensive experience communicating with the Basque foral tax authorities and the AEAT, which makes it easier to adopt new tax regulations. Your Odoo issues the TicketBAI invoice in real time, whichever your territory, and in Bizkaia it also submits the Batuz LROE. If you use other invoicing software, our TicketBAI API does the same and also includes purchases in the Batuz register. And if part of your activity falls under Verifactu, we have Odoo with Verifactu and a Verifactu API for any other software.

The Basque Government, through the SPRI Group, has two grants open in 2026 that fit what we do. Both are aimed at Basque industrial companies and industry-related services, cover up to 60% of the project as a non-repayable grant and reach €100,000 per company:
AI and data strategy projects: consulting, licenses, in-house hardware and cloud services. Applications close on November 2, 2026. A generic ERP is not eligible, but the AI added to it is.
Projects to protect the company’s and the plant’s systems. Applications close on November 23, 2026.

Yes. Odoo issues TicketBAI invoices with the OCA modules, which we developed at Binovo for the foral tax authorities of Álava, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa, and in Bizkaia it also submits the Batuz register (LROE). For other software, our TicketBAI API covers the same ground, including purchases.
For activity taxed under the Basque foral tax authorities, no: the system there is TicketBAI, and in Bizkaia, Batuz. Verifactu only affects the part of your activity that, under the Economic Agreement, is taxed with the Spanish Tax Agency.
We prefer Community with OCA modules: no per-user licenses and full control of the code. If you need features that only Enterprise offers or you prefer Odoo’s hosting, we will implement Enterprise for you without any problem.
It may be a fit if your company is industrial or provides services linked to industry and the project involves artificial intelligence or data, for example AI applied to your Odoo. The ERP on its own is not eligible for funding under that programme. Review the terms before the deadline of 2 November 2026.
It depends on the number of machines and the storage. After the inventory, we give you a phased schedule; critical machines are migrated in agreed windows so that your operations are not interrupted.
